The following custom features are available now.

PERSONALISATION

The Hospital Channel can put your hospital, or personal name, or a welcome message of your own choice at the top of your viewing screens. This will be on screen all the time at no extra cost This service is not available in free trial mode.

CLOCK

The Hospital Channel can add or remove a clock from your screens at your request. There is no additional cost for this feature. This service is not available in free trial mode.

The Hospital Channel can feature your hospital or personal name on the station ident that plays in your premises. This is a channel identifier which plays on screen approximately every twenty to thirty minutes, ensuring that almost all your patients/clients will see it during their visit. This identifier is in a standard form whereby the channel animated logo finishes with the words In Association with 'name of your hospital' or 'chosen name'. This feature gives a highly professional image to your hospital. The cost of this service depends upon the amount of work involved and the time taken.

We offer a standard package whereby customers can have their logo or practice name added to the existing station ident. This involves a one off set-up and ident creation charge of £350 to cover administration and digitization cost. Delivery is implemented usually within seven working days of the initial order or delivery of the featured logo (size 720x576pixels). This option is not available in free trial mode.

OWN PROGRAMMING

You can insert your own programming to appear on a regular basis through your IT staff being conversant with the technology which we provide. This allows you to use The Hospital Channel as the basis for your own local network channel. Using The Hospital Channel as your background service ensures that the patients get the best value for money from your local television service. The following features are in development:

SLIDE SHOW

You will be able to make up your own slideshows and insert them into programming provided they conform to our specification.

MESSAGING

You will be able to send messages to all screens on your network from any computer with access to your password protected control web page. These messages can be one off or repeated.
